Tour of Tuscany

1st day:

Arrival at the Airport of Rome and transfer in Hotel in Montecatini or surroundings. Arrival at the Hotel, check-in, dinner and overnight stay.

2nd day:
Pisa & Lucca 

Breakfast in Hotel. Departure for Pisa. Arrival at Piazza dei Miracoli where you can admire the Cathedral, the Baptistery, the cemetery and the famous ‘Leaning Tower.’ Visit of Cavalieri Square (600mt by feet from the Leaning Tower: external visit of Scuola Normale Superiore, the Church of Santo Stefano and Conte Ugolino Tower). Continue to Lucca, visit of the historical center: Basilica San Frediano, Anfiteatro Square, Guinigi Tower, the cathedral of San Martino, Napoleone Square, San Michele Square with his namesake church, and finally Giacomo Puccini’s home. Return to the Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

3rd day:
Florence

Breakfast in Hotel. Departure to Florence. Break at Michelangelo Square to admire the panoramic view of the town. Guided tour of: San Miniato al Monte, Santa Croce Square, Santa Croce Church, Signoria Square with the ancient palace and Loggia de’ Lanzi. Free time. Return at the Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

4th day:
Florence

Breakfast in Hotel. Departure to Florence. Guided visit of the historical center: the neighborhood and the church of St Lorenzo, St Maria Novella church, Duomo Square with the cathedral, the baptistery, Giotto Tower, the Holy Trinity Church, Pitti Palace and the Old Bridge. Free time. Transfer in Hotel in Chianciano Terme. Arrival at the Hotel, check-in, dinner and overnight stay.

5th day:
Saint Gimignano & Siena

Breakfast in Hotel. Departure for Saint Gimignano. Visit of the historical center walking by St Giovanni, Cisterna Square, Duomo Square with the cathedral, Rocca of Montestaffoli and St Agostino Church. Stop for tastings of local products in a wine cellar in Saint Gimignano. Continuation to Siena. Guided Tour of Duomo square with the cathedral, Campo Square with visit of the Mangia Tower, St Domenico and walk in the historical center (palaces: Tolomei, Chigi Saracini, historic site of Monte Paschi etc). Return to the Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

6th day:
Montepulciano, Pienza & Montalcino

Breakfast in hotel. Departure fot Montepulciano. External visit of St Biagio Temple, Due Farine Door, the Dome, the Clock tower, walk in the typical alleys of the historic center and various stops for tasting. Tasting of local products in a Farmhouse in Montepulciano. Continuation for Pienza: visit of Santa Maria Assunta Dome, Pio ll Square and main streets. Finally, departure for Montalcino: visit of the typical alleys, Popolo Square and the Rocca. Return at the Hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

7th day:

Breakfast in Hotel. Departure for the Airport in Rome.
